1940 Kay C-1 Concert Model Serial # 7417-1/2 Great Condition
Original Cherrywood Fingerboard looks like Rosewood and is in excellent condition.
Looks like this bass was not played enough to really wear the fingerboard.
We've done a pro setup with Fingerboard dressing so it plays like a charm,
ready for any style of music playing.
The body was treated right over the years as the pictures show, this bass is amazing looking!
Oh, the best part for most players that have heard it here is the sound.
Big rich voice that seems to come from the whole top makes this a special Kay.
