With neck taken down it is less than 3' tall and can be put in overhead
luggage on airlines when carrying in the gig bag included. Gig bag
adjusts to hold bass assembled AND also with neck taken
down. Comes with separate bag for fingerboard/neck when off the bass.
Widest part is 10-1/2"; depth at bridge is only 8", yet string
length is a standard 41-1/2" from bridge to nut!
